Then in June I got an email saying Thank you for your order when I did not order more! Then it said I was on an auto refill and they charged me another $26.20. I ordered the Earth Breeze sheets in May. That would be fine, but nothing was sent to me for 2023 and they for SURE have money for the product. ![]() An email sent to me states that my next order will be for July 7, ****. Now, I havent received the product, I let them know (*******) that I would reach out to the BBB because I can not call anyone, can not connect with anyone and the emails I have sent are ghosted and no one responds. That is what I wanted to order, so that was fine. They returned the money- all but 153 or 158 dollars, the cost of a years subscription. I responded to each order, asking for my money back to my ************ account. I sent emails (There is no customer service line, no dispute contact person) nothing! The company sent several order numbers and confirmations for 4 different orders. The next day all of that money was taken out of my account. The next day, the company took out 2- individual month orders approximately 13 dollars each and 2 yearly orders about 158 dollars X2. I attempted a few times to input my order. There was no confirmation to my order or tally - nothing was visible.
